Greetings and salutations, faithful followers of this blog! I’m Timothy S Purvis, as you well know, and I have a poem to share with you. I wrote it on the spot and it expresses my feelings of just being picked on for being who I am, I suppose. Common theme of mine, I know. It works pretty well, I think. But isn’t fantastic. Of course, how many poems are? LOL!
Anyhow, another quick post in one day. How fortunate! Hope you enjoy!

I saw my kin, and it was in the night,
Those creatures, and beasts, and woodlands right,
The ones who see the truth in nature ,
Grow strong and loving of stature,
Infinite many who see the best in all of life
Who do not judge, and pass upon, and struggle in strife
They who see who we are and love us and cherish us and pledge to us
That once more we will not be forgotten by those who rage and hate
Yet that we will be warmly welcomed and given entrance to what awaits
Thanks for reading!
