Greetings and salutations, faithful followers of this blog! I’m Timothy Scott Purvis and this is my latest entry in my Take Two Tuesdays offerings where I showcase a video or two or three that I made some years ago for YouTube! I find that I have a lot of love for my creative endeavors and I know that I haven’t really broken through to a broader market. Well, that happens I suppose. However, I still find these little videos amusing and that’s why they exist! To entertain! I don’t have to be some big time director or Hugo award winning author to entertain those who follow me. I just have to be me.
Speaking of which, this video I made after my friend’s wife suggested it. She has a warped imagination too and thought it would be funny if the Thing from the Fantastic Four was making a Peach Cobbler and instead of saying ‘It’s clobberin’ time,’ he said instead after finishing his baking, ‘It’s cobblerin’ time!’ I found it amusing as well so I made this short as a result. It took me a few weeks to build the sets and put everything into motion. I think I shot maybe seven hundred frames so that’s why it seems a little jerky. You need 1440 for one full minute of smooth animation. Something tough to do when you’re animating on a rug.
Anyhow, I hope you enjoy and come back next week for more!
Alright, there you go. Another week down and another week to come! I appreciate your coming back to watch and hope you’ll keep coming back for more! See you next week!

Hey, while you’re still here, I know it sucks getting bombarded with asks for donations and funds. Heck, it would be a perfect world if we, as creatives, artists, writers, and performers could just do what we do and never have to worry about money at all. However, that’s not the world we live in. Not by one whit, is it. So, we rely on the kind contributions of those willing to even give a little bit. A buck, fifty cents, or more. It goes a long way believe it or not. And it helps us, the artists and entertainers give you what you want: More material to consume. Without those contributions, all we have are those day jobs. And when all we’re doing is working menial jobs for menial wages then we’re not creating anything to entertain you with. So, what do you say? A buck? Two? Did you like what you saw here? I hope so. And I hope you’ll consider contributing to the cause. Thank you!
