It’s been a while since I’ve written any sort of poem. I’m feeling like a haiku today. Let me see if I can put one together then. In remembrance of lives long lived, a time more simple than today. In the places of Nippon where the mountains rise tall and the grasses are always moist to the feet. Where the winds constantly carry the salty air of the sea. And where good, honest work always kept you sheltered and always with companionship.
THE MOUNTAINS OF YORE
Out there, the birds sing
Far upon high in the trees
Never longing more
Thank you for taking the time to read this! I will have more in the future. Stay tuned.

Amateur animator and writer. I work in retail and live in Dayton OH. I used to think I knew where I was going in life. Now I just move forward and see where life takes me. And life has taken me here to a blog post and my own domain. Groovular. It is also leading down a path of obscurity and insanity. And I'm fine with that.
I'm working on a book, I'm working on some stop motion animations, I'm enjoying my family and just living, and I'm working on a new video series dealing with controversies that may or may not have been justified. But elsewise, I am just me and I want to thank you for reading. It makes my day. I just hope I can post more here (and remember I actually HAVE a here to post to!) than I have in the past and have something to say to boot.
